Terms of use
Last updated November 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are deliberately short, because commercial work is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by a web page.
Using this site
By browsing aivio.agency you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
This site is informational
Everything here (service descriptions, engagement models, timelines, and standards) describes how we work. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and nothing on this site obliges either side to enter into one.
Engagements are scoped, priced, and governed exclusively by a written agreement signed by both parties. Where this site and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
No professional advice
A strategy call is a conversation about your operations, not legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. Decisions you take from it remain yours.
Intellectual property
The AIVIO name and wordmark, the design of this site, and its written content belong to AIVIO Studio. You may read, quote, and link to it; you may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Code, artifacts, and documentation produced during an engagement are governed by the engagement agreement, which in our standard terms assigns them to the client.
Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us about your operations as confidential. We do not publish client names, logos, or metrics without written approval, which is why you will not find a client list on this site.
Third-party links and demos
Links to LinkedIn or another external service take you outside this site. Optional Loom demos connect to Loom only after you choose to play them. Those services are not under our control and their terms and privacy practices apply instead.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVIO Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content.
Governing law
The jurisdiction and venue that govern a client engagement are named in that engagement agreement. Until such an agreement exists, these terms are governed by the laws applicable at AIVIO Studio's principal place of business.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
