01What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. The site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site trackers. The contact page composes an email in your own mail client, so the site itself stores nothing. Browsing leaves no profile behind.

One exception sits in your own browser: a single localStorage entry stores your light or dark theme preference so the next visit renders in the theme you chose. That value never leaves your device and is deleted when you clear site data.

02Hosting and server logs

The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which processes routine request metadata (requested URL, IP address, user agent, and timestamp) to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. We do not use that data to build profiles or to track you across other sites.

03Matcher answers

Industry and problem selections are written into the matcher page URL so Back, Forward, refresh, and shared links work. AIVIO does not submit those answers to a database. If you reload or share a matcher URL, the selections can appear in your browser history and in the hosting provider's routine request logs.

04Optional project demos

A project may include a Loom demo. The Loom player is not loaded while you browse. If you choose to play it, your browser connects directly to Loom and sends the routine request metadata needed to deliver the video. Loom's own privacy terms apply to that request.

05When you contact us

If you email us or use the contact page, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

We use that information for one purpose: replying to you and, if we work together, delivering the engagement. We keep it for as long as the conversation or the engagement is active, then for as long as tax and contract law requires.

06What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

07Client data during engagements

Operational data you share while we work together never passes through this website. It is handled under the signed engagement agreement and any NDA in place, on infrastructure agreed in writing before the first byte moves.

08Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address at the end of this page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

09Changes to this policy

If our practice changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We do not make retroactive changes to how previously collected information is handled.
